      Closed at 4pm on a normal weekday. Ridiculous. One more thing fracturing my relationship with my bank of 32 years. Have they grown too big through aquisitions and mergers? I miss First TN.

      They don't protect your money. My wife had her banking info stollen and we lost our whole pay check. We reported it to the police. Instead of helping they put our account in the negative, then froze our account. Do not use!!!
