  I have never had a bank approve a loan on an investment property and then decide right before closing that they would rather not lend on land. I have done business with many banks in Tennessee and none would ever waste my time like this institution did. I can’t imagine how they could continue to stay in business with practices like that.

  The staff are so nice and very helpful. I set up a checking account and they explained the different accounts as well as helping me get all the paperwork filed out. I also inquired as to an auto loan and the loan officer was very honest and fair and informed me that the current auto loan I had with another bank was better than she would be able to offer me and advised me to keep my vehicle financed with my other bank. I highly recommend you take a look at First Century for your banking needs.

  I love coming to this bank!! Every other bank I’ve gone to is just kind of eh with their customer service but the people here are just incredible. Always so friendly, welcoming, and beyond helpful. They are always happy to answer any of my questions and I just feel so well taken care of here. So glad I switched. Thank you First Century!!

  The staff at this bank is great. Very helpful, efficient and genuine. I got my money in no time - and they never asked for any collateral!
