  Amazing customer service!! I recently was dealing with a difficult insurance situation and my auto loan. I was beyond stressed! My loan agent, Britt Kidd, was more than helpful. It was so refreshing to have such great customer service in a time I feel that is hard to find. She was available every time I called and was so pleasant and helpful. Cheers, Britt!

  DO NOT BANK HERE!!! UT is BY FAR the WORST credit union I've ever opened an account with!! I have had so many NSF fees drafted from my account without it ever going in the negative!! I've had to call them so many times to tell them to give me my money back!! I had 4 NSF fees drafted from my account all at once with $450 in my account which is clearly nowhere near the negative!! On top of that they told me they won't cash my pay checks if I don't have that same amount in my account!!! Hello I wouldn't need to cash a check if I had that amount already in my account!! It has been the worst experience I've ever had with a credit union and I never write reviews but I felt the need to do so to warn anyone and everyone thinking about joining this awful place!! So please save yourself the stress and frustration and go with a different credit union!! You'll be so glad you did!!

  Unfriendly staff and very unwelcoming atmosphere. Employees act like they are superior beings or something. I mean, they work in a freaking credit union, not Trump Tower. Need to hire people that don't act like you're interrupting their personal time when you walk in the door.

  The workers at the main branch are never friendly and handle complicated situations unprofessionally. I would recommend banking elsewhere. They claim to be about their "members," but are not personable, and do not communicate policies well.
