  Trashiest nastiest pawn shop ever. 59 for a 500 dollar guitar. Do not go here they are terrible. Went down the street and got 250. . This place should be shut down. But then again look at the people working here and that will tell ya the reason..

  First of all German has a pretty cool team. German is awesome as well - I purchased two dell monitors but needed an extra cord and he offered me one when I was already on Google looking to buy one. Also - he’s a manger and INTERACT with ppl on the floor! There’s a black guy in there with the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I wish I knew his name. I literally watched him help two ppl at the same time then turn and ask me if I’ve been assisted. Most pawn shops are lowkey rude and barely have much - not this one! I almost didn’t want to write a review because I didn’t want anyone getting goods before me LOL but you deserve to spend your money with good ppl - go here!

  They need someone with more experience on testing GOLD and SILVER. I try to trade a 10 onz pure silver .999 bar but the Low IQ guy told me is not real because is reacting to the STRONG magnet !!! Just a simple google search will show him silver will react with strong magnetics fiels but is not magnetic. #LOWIQ

  This place is the worst pawn shop I have ever been to. I brought a 85” in on a Sunday night before closing time. They knew I was desperate for cash and used it to their advantage. They offered me 500 for a 3500 television. I came back with my offers and they stuck to the 500. Knowing I need money I finally agreed to the 500 number took all the steps to get it unwrapped and unstrapped from my truck after 20 minutes of doing so the guy came back out and said I don’t have any room in my storage so never mind I don’t want to take in your television. I’m not sure how other pawn shops works but I’m sure it isn’t how this one does. I would recommend staying as far away from this place as you can. Horrible staff….horrible customer service….horrible experience all the way around. You guys at First Cash Pawn off beltline rd in Irving failed at everything a customer could ask for.

  Purchased a labtop with my arm broken on brace. Ok deal, and the people who work there are lazy and do not know how to conversate. Knowing well I was hurt they did not put the charger in the bag, they yell at you on the phone and are very rude, decline the transaction at my bank. For missing charger, and for them being lazy to wrap the charger to the labtop.

  After Standing in line forever, and finally getting the young lady to open to the cameras so I could purchase one. None of the cameras powered on. She tried to charge the only 2 I was interested in, after another 5 mins, she Insured me it was in great working condition. I was offered a Warranty but declined it. She told me to let it charge for a few hours and then try it. After doing so, it came on but the camera won’t read any SD cards. After calling back and letting them know, they said I could NOT return it, was stuck with it, and hung on me. I feel I should go up there but would most likely end up in jail. 255.00 down the drain. Take my lesson, and don’t go there. Scammers

  The young man Caleb is a delight! Very helpful and friendly. He has a fantastic personality and always makes each visit a pleasant one! I was looking for a Michael Kors watch for Mother and he gave me several options. I found a beautiful one I loved a great price in excellent condition and my mother loves it! Thanks Caleb your a fine young man!

  I don’t know who manages these people. But we walked in and all the employees were huddled up talking, me and my husband walked up To the counter and the Hispanic guy who is usually there had a horrible attitude! He’s lazy and will turn you down on what you are trying to pawn in order to not do paperwork and go through the process. It has happened twice. He gave us sarcastic rude comments. I will never return as long as he is employed at this place. Remember the employee's you hire matter in the business you make!

  I pawned an impact drill, a drill and a field piece VOM. They returned only the drills claiming that there was only two items pawed. After checking the paperwork, they saw that the VOM was described as a Fieldpiece only. Manager refused to check video to see what happened. Claiming that she would have to spend 10 hours,a day looking at videos. Apparently, she doesnt know theres a fast forward button!!

  In all 9 years I've been a customer I've never received service like tonight. The management and clerk name Alexis sucked. Just a week ago repawned my laptop. I was told by the skinny Hispanic manager that they can only give me what I recieved before. No problem. Tonight I go to respawn my ring, a ring I pawned in Dec for $200 now they tell me the guy gave me too much that it should have only been for $80. So I ask the mgr last week you told me although for the laptops they give less but you'd honor what he gave me, now you won't honor what I was given before. Then the lady Alexis had the nerve to be in her feelings and places my license on the counter versus in my hand. When it's time to sign the paper she barely says anything. I'm like I have a right to have an attitude if I feel as if someone is getting over on me. And the crazy part is I'm a recurring customer. I hope the lady that just had her baby comes back, because these rude ladies could learn a thing or two. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Go somewhere else where they treat customers as customers and not as someone that owes them something.
