  I had a good experience here. Picked up a Milwaukee hammer drill which retailed for around 700$ for 420$ in like new condition. They stand behind their products and while I was there a guy brought back a laptop that had WIFI issues and they gave him a different laptop. I also liked that the store felt clean and organized.

  I PURCHASED a ring and asked if it had a warranty on it? Was told by the manager I had 90days. Didn't have it a month and a diamond fell out. Went back and was told where's no warranty and I should've checked it before I purchased it. Now I 👀why the price was $670 and on sale for $270. Smh

  I really love this place. Brittany is really polite, helpful employee and she’s very respectful. I only come here to buy video games because they are super cheap compare to GameStop or game x change. Keep up the good work Brittany!

  One star only because it wouldn't allow this post with 0. Worst CS ever. The two clerks in the store acted as if I was disturbing their private conversation. I stood approximately 3 ft. away from them and waited almost 5 minutes for one of them to notice me. I had to ask them for assistance. Even with the horrible CS, I would have purchased a laptop priced at $300, but she offered to check for the best price. When she returned, the sticker read $350. What's worse is she played dumb when I questioned the increase in price, stating $350 was the original price. I just hate being played as foolish. Needless to say I'll never shop their again, and if asked I'll definitely recommend a different pawn shop.

  The manager attempted to charge me taxes on mercury dimes that were for sale under the counter. American currency is not taxable. When I told her that, she upped the price more than if I paid what she wanted with taxes. I asked her if she knew they were not taxable and she said, "Yes!" and that is when she went up on the price. Then she said she wouldn't sell them to me and I walked out.

  I was looking for a bicycle (Mountain Bike) and came across this pawn shop, the young ladies that work there were great. Found a bike I like (the most expensive one in the lot 350.00) it was around 6pm so it was dark didn t get a chance to examine the bike throughly. Paid for the bike took home, it wasn t until the next day I was able to examine the bike while cleaning it up when I noticed that the left gear shift was broken off (Without the gearshift I was stuck with riding in one gear). I returned to the pawn shop and notified of broken shift the young lady that helped me was very helpful. She asked me what I wanted I told her I did not want to return the bike but if I could get like 50.00 store credit that would be ok with me. She called the manager and informed him of the situation, she then returned and told me the manager said, No . That was it, the manager didn t even have the respect to speak to me or offer anything to fix the situtation. I looked for another bike at different pawn shops and couldn t find one, if I could have I would have taken this one back and got my money back!!!!! I also told the young lady to inform her manager as I was leaving, that he had two options. He could have kept me as a customer or lose a good customer that will share his story with anyone that ask me about the local pawn shops, he chose the latter.

  Had my.property stolen here once. Ever since then they check the movies out thoroughly now when i got home opened my gym bag with my movies i had duplicate contents. And did not get a thorough investigation on this because an employee did it i felt like they let me down after a full year of continuous service and fees this is how they treat me...won't be back again!!!

  Horrible customer service I wouldn't recommend a dog to do business at this place!!! They have lack of communication within the store concerning their customers!!! The manager is very unprofessional!!! They all lack life and customer service skills!!!! I only gave them a one star because there wasn't a choice for zero!!!!
