  Big joke. Worse Bank of America ever! Came at 9 AM line was at the door with only one cashier. Came back at 4:15 PM line was still at the door with one cashier. Had to wait until 5:21 to deposit my check. Very poor service. I will close my account. It's ridiculous.

  I have never met a less helpful group of people in my life. Complete disregard for customer service. Rude and inconsiderate of their customer's needs. You'd have an easier time if you went to school yourself and graduated with a bachelor's in finance. Don't waste your time coming here.

  I don't co e to BOA in Killeen often but when I do it's bad. The last 10 -20 times I been here (walk in or Drive thru) there is only one Teller working drive thru. Everytime morning, noon or night, weekday or weekend. Then they are only one or two tellers working inside!!! If it was once or twice but it's been this way for last 5-6 months at least

  Extremely Rude people work at the Killeen location. Expect to stand in line for up to an hour. Only a couple of tellers at any given time helping customers. If you can help NOT having an account with B of A , DON'T!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

  I am African American. I felt very discriminated against when I walked into the bank there was a line and three tellers available. There were 4 white people in front of me. When it came to my tern to speak with the teller all the tellers put up a closed sign and walked away. I was the only person in line. An African american woman that worked there from the window turned around to assist. By that time I was livid and walked out. STOP USING BANK OF AMERICA..

  If I could give a zero I would. This bank institution is absolute trash. Putting holds on checks after weekly deposits of some accounts for years, zero customer service. The online banking help is like talking with a toddler who doesnt hear customers concerns

  I went to cash a refund check from USAA which was drawn on a Bank of America Account. I was told I could not use my State Issued Concealed Carry Photo ID despite state law saying otherwise. For those that do not know: House Bill 2739 (see the full text below) went into effect on September 1, 2015. What this does is amend the Business and Commerce Code which now requires Texas businesses to accept a Texas Concealed Handgun License as a valid form of personal identification for access to goods, services, or facilities. I gave my drivers license and cashed the check. I then asked the manager John Rossi who was in charge of the bank and policies. He at first said he was, so I asked why they were not in compliance with state law. I then showed him the state law, and was about to video the transaction to which he said I would have to leave. Videoing the lobby of a bank which is public is no where against the law. Yet he was going to have me removed from the bank. This bank is breaking state law and infringing on the rights of individuals and I do plan to file some major complaints for the threats to have me removed and for infringing on my rights to use my state issued CCL for identification and for threatening to have me removed if I videoed the transaction for my own safety in public.

  I HATE BOA WITH A PASSION AND WILL BE CLOSING MY ACCOUNT WITH YOU PEOPLE DUE TO THE RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE RECEIVED AT THIS LOCATION! My id had experied and I had my old DL with my paper ID but they still wouldn't let me pull out money from MY account with out all the hassle of trying to tell me I couldn't use my paper ID. I have never been humilated in my life ans disrespected while I was going through a crisis.

  That is the worst bank ever. Not enough tellers, cant deposit cash in someones account, it has to be money order, and only one little bank to service all these people. Need a bigger bank.

  The staff that i had talked to was very nice, but the management seems to have issues as they are sharing offices, all of the phones ring at once when a call comes through to the office, and they are extremely disorganized. It took about 20 minutes just for someone to say "we'll help you in one moment sir". After about 5 more minutes (15 minutes after my set appointment time) i was seen.
