  I went in to open a account and the manager Audra Allen greeted me and offered me a bottle of water while I waited. The service was amazing…definitely recommend opening a account with this bank. Also, all the employees were very nice!

  Has ALWAYS treated me with professional and polite service. Explains every product or service in great detail with friendly demeanor. Hope to have a long true banking relationship. This Extraco bank team,from management to staff are always ready to help and serve. Even through this pandemic they remained top rate, making it easy to conduct business with a human touch. Love this Bank and the new app.

  Audra did an exceptional job at assisting me with the new mobile application. I forgot to submit a travel notification before leaving Texas and I was able to submit my travel notice on the mobile application with in minuets of arriving to my destination.   Called to set up a business account (which has been tough during this pandemic time) and Channel was so helpful in setting my account up. The sweetest to work with and ALWAYS followed up to be sure everything went smoothly. Another rep Kayla even checked to be sure everything went smooth. Have a feeling I’m going to enjoy banking here!

  Top notch customer service from every member of the team. I feel welcomed every time I go into the branch. They make sure the customer understands all services they offer. Best bank in town!

  Kayla did a very awsome job getting me set up to open my business account ! Chanel assisted me through the remainder of the process . They were both very professional! assisted me with questions and got everything done in a timely matter . Natalie helped me in the drive thru and offered my dogs treats ! I am excited to have a business account open with you all and even considering transferring my personal accounts altering being with another bank for about 10 years.
