  Bought what was supposed to be a 2016 macbook from here turned out it was an older 2010 model. Called 2x got hung up on so by the 3rd time just wanted to speak to manager whom conveniently wasnt there. When i asked who else i could speak to i was told no one and that there was nothing they could do about it and that i should have checked to make sure it was a 2016 model. I asked if they would do anything or take it back they said no so then i told them to at least check their items to make sure what they are selling and selling them as is correct. Still infuriated but i needed a computer for school. The only nice employees were in the gun department everyone else had attitudes like they didnt even want to be there and hated their jobs.

  I'll hand it to em...the fancy sign and huge building fools alot of soldiers. Big pawn shops are always terrible. Low ball you, and expect you to pay top dollar for items there. Very hard to negotiate. Some of their items are cheaper brand new in the store. 1 good thing I will say is they have a huge selection of rings and jewlery. Pretty good prices on those.

  Would not recommend these thieves. Had to pawn my 50 inch flat TV in September of last year to help with moving expenses. I only got 150.00 for it. In December they gave me an extension for 2 months needless to say that the manager forgot to mention that you could only take out up to a 60 day extension. Final day of my grace period was 2/10/2016. When I went in there to see if there was anyway they could give until 2/12/2016 which is Friday when I got paid the manager would even consider it. I even explained that it wasn't just a TV to me it had sentimental value a really good friend bought it for me and then died a month later. If I could give them negative star's I would

  Action Pawn is awesome, Glenn, older gentlemen, the tall guy with glasses and the short lady with glasses in gun department are so awesome...these ppl will literally help you with a great deal when purchasing a firearm .....thx guys

  I got scammed, then lied too by the company. I grew up trusting this company, then after the owners switched it's fallen dramatically. Do Not Buy Here. Do your research on the exact item before you buy it to see what it sells for new, and used elsewhere. Company refuses to work with me, and I've filed a complaint with BBB to see if they'll decide to own up there. Will edit/re-rate if the company fixes their mistakes

  I paid them 50 on a layaway go to cancel as i dont need the tv. They refuse to give me the money back.Instead says oh policy says u can use it on another layaway or buy something. I dont need anything just my money i paid them back. DO NOT DO A LAYAWAY WITH THEM UNLESS U CAN AFFORD TO GIVE UR MONEY AWAY AS THEY WILL KEEP IT AND YOU DONT HAVE ANY MERCHANDISE!!!!!!!!!!!

  EXTREMELY rude employees, they made nasty comments about me in front of me and refused service. I came in completely normally dressed and well-mannered with an item they assured me they'd be interested in over the phone. Can't they say no thanks instead of insulting customers? Extremely unprofessional. I will never go back.

  Store was very clean. Tireek J. was very eager to help and very patient in assisting me with getting the items I needed to get me right. Will most definitely be back.

  A gentleman by the name of Ron was very helpful in helping me buying a gun. Huge selection and great prices. I will definitely go back.
