  This place has been a huge help for me anything I’ve needed extra funds. I’ve been doing business with Jennifer for a few years. She is the reason I first came to first American. She has always been great. The other woman in there have always been good too. They all always have positive attitudes and willing to help you. They are very knowledgeable in this line of business. If you are needing some extra cash come to this location, they are the best and you will not be disappointed. I would definitely recommend first American in griffin.

  So I have had to take out a loan more than a few time and I have always dealt with the staff in the griffin location. Monca and Christy have both been there for a long time and have always been upfront with how everything works before you take out a loan. I have always been treated great. For the few bad reviews that I have read on here it seems more like most of the people who posted them where not paying attention. It's a loan any loan has interest and a deadline. So please dont bash a good staff of people for your owe ignorance to understand how a loan works.

  I am proud to be apart of american title loans. I would not.go anywhere else to get money or buy vehicles. The girls in the office are awesome and always making me laugh and very helpful

  Great experience fot a multiple loan staff awesome always friendly and helpful Monica manager is just awesome..I had two commercial loans at same time. Great Team. Give them a raise!

  The Manager should be Ashamed of the Unprofessional & Rude Attitudes of the Staff here! I called them to purchase a car & they were so Rude to me! Refused to put the store manager on the phone! I don’t even understand why when I was tying to buy a car! SMH Disgusting!

  i got a title pawn right at 2yrs ago for 3000.00, i paid all the payments for two years up until january, when we totaled the car out i informed them about this, i also asked for my payoff which it was $3980 +-, how in the heckdo i owen more then i borrowed an paid this car for two years, DO NOT DO IT THIS IS A ORGINIZED RIPOFF SCAM, HOW IN THE HELL DO I OWEALMOST $1000 MORE THEN I BORROWED, THIS DOES NOT MAKE ANY SENSE PLEASE PEOPLE DO NOT BORROW FROM THESE PLACES IT WILL ROB YOU BLIND!!!!!!
