  The Ladies were very nice and welcoming. Mrs. Jennifer Watson was especially awesome, great customer service oriented and patient. She explained the process of the loan thoroughly in detail even worst case scenarios if I cannot work to be able to make my payments to call with any issues I may have. Mrs. Jennifer was just amazing, and I am so greatful to have the opportunity to become a OneMain Financial customer thanks to Mrs. Jennifer Watson.   Heyyyyyy!!! this was my second time working with OMF, McDonough, GA. These guys are fantastic...   Everyone was so helpful and patient. My situation was very difficult at the time and i normally wouldnt do with something like this. But it was my only option with my given situation. The staff was very helpful they worked with every last one of my speed bumps and were extremely patient and friendly. Charmaine was awesome she didn't make me feel bad for not having it together that day. She really went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed

  I would have given it three stars, but I can't. The office manager and the rep Q lied and never reach out to the district manager per my request. If you have a problem with one location and call the other, it's a waste over tIme.

  Customer service was great, a rip off with the Loan term. People should really pay attention to what they are being offered. To pay back $1400 on $3000 is not herd of.
