Mark was very professional and every thing he said and did was truthful and honest. This has the smoothest and cleanest real estate transaction I have ever done!   Our refinance went very well with First American Home Loans. This was our first time working remotely with a broker and lender. Our broker Mark navigated us through the process always with our needs as top priority. We ended up with an FHA 30-year fixed loan at a great rate that he captured as the rates were being published daily by the lending company. Mark oversaw the application process and the signing with the Notary with accurate communication and attention to detail making sure that the lender and we were each working towards a positive outcome at closing. I highly recommend First American Home Loans.

  I was looking to refinance my house, and was referred to John Rock at First American Loans. I can't express how thankful I am to them. The staff is amazing John Rock, Christina Nunez and Luis Madrigal did the impossible. I had been told by other lenders that there was nothing they could do for me in getting me out of the situation I was in. John and his staff not only were able to get my refinance done , they got it at a lower rate than I even thought I could get. Throughout the process they kept me informed and made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend them!
