  Always a warm welcome when I come in. Quick moving teller lines, with super friendly staff. I needed additional assistance,, and the wait was only a few minutes, with offers of coffee or water whiie I waited. Lupita was so polite and quick to help with my issue. Happy to be a member here

  Was a bit busy but it was Friday lunch traffic. Staff quickly jumped in to "triage" the customers for faster services.

  Beware! When opening a secondary account (after being a 26 year member in excellent standing) they will do a hard pull on your credit. This is so they may target you for more financial products/services and has no relation to the actual account you are opening. A hard pull on your credit is a derogatory mark that can impact your credit score. This is unnecessary. It’s especially questionable when the bank manager admits it’s largely for their “marketing purposes” and has no real bearing on opening the account. Something to be mindful of.

  Talked to the home loan specialist at this location and the guy didn't even know any programs to help assist with me for my closing cost or down payment definitely not useing this credit union for any home purchases, one star is too many

  Excellent service every time! Great people and pleasant atmosphere! Been banking here for over 15 years and have never had a bad experience!

  Normally I always have a pleasant experience here, but today I got attitude by one of the tellers today when I asked to withdrawal my unemployment money, made me feel like less of a person today just because I brought up the fact it was unemployment money trust me its already bad enough being unemployed.

  Pros - Location - Lots of loan options Cons - No longer owned by Disney - High fees - No soul - Not flexible in any way - Customer service is nice until you really need help - No long time customer acknowledgement

  I love this bank! I've had it my whole life (since I was 6) and they are always helpful. I gotten a car and personal loan from them and it was a super easy process.
