  Took out my first personal loan with this location yesterday. They made the process very easy, they made sure I understood everything completely, and I was very impressed by their professionalism. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

  This credit union is raciest and prejudice, went for a car lone and had 1/2 the money to put down on the lone. Number the agent was shocked when I told her I had the 3,500.00 to help pay the car off. Then she started asking me all kinds asked me questions that she probably wouldn't ask a non multi-culture costumer. I am a disable vet, I work full time, I am not a drug dealer or on the social service and I shouldn't be treated that way. Its sad that an institution would treat a multi-culture veteran of the United States Army person like that. People of Color Stay Away

  Stay away they have a turnover of employees, do not do business there they are not as good as Erie Metro
