  I've banked with others credit unions and banks including wf and tcf. This bank is by far the best I've dealt with I recently refinanced my loan through Rich and couldn't have asked for a better experience. He went above and beyond to make it easy for me and also got me a great rate and saved me over 1500$ on my service contract! He's also very quick and punctual at getting back to me with answers to any questions I might have thanks Rich!

  I cannot say enough how great it was working with Casey Milligan, AVP Member Services. She was well informed, professional and responsive to my situation. She offered excellent advice and a workable solution. As I waited for her, I was early, I noticed the high level of service she extended to everyone, over the top added value. THANKS

  Breanna, Casey, and Lacey were the best team I could have ever asked for!! They were prompt to answer questions and help with anything I needed. I had the pleasure of going through the process with them twice and both times they were extremely helpful and thoughtful. I definitely recommend this bank to anyone that needs a loan. Super personal and fast. Will definitely be coming here again if I need a loan in the future. No other place does it as good as them!!!

  My recent experience with FOCU was seamless. My line of credit expired and I was contacted by email. I logged into the website and applied to open the line of credit again. The whole process was completed by email. Very easy!

  I've never been to the Coon Rapids location, but this review is in place for the FANTASTIC A+++ customer service that (specifically) Stephanie B. had provided me. I just switched over to Financial One and had a million questions. Instead of calling, I figured I can just e-mail them since it'll be more convenient for me. Got my loan refinanced, which was fantastic. Stephanie has been going out of her way to answer each and every single one of my questions to the best of her knowledge (and even added EXTRAAA details). Also, she responded back to one of my e-mails during non-business hours. I don't know anyone who is that dedicated, I'd hate to admit it, but I never check my e-mail during non-business hours. I would highly recommend Stephanie. She knows what she is talking about, VERY informative, and oh... did I mention that she's incredibly prompt with her response as well? At this point, I am thinking about fully switching my entire banking over to Financial One. It's a bummer that they don't have a location in Brooklyn Park, though. :( I love you, Stephanie B.!
