  HORRIBLE customer service from the CS Reps to the Loan Officers! This is one of the most poorly ran unprofessional institutions that I have ever banked with. I've been a member for over 15yrs and the moral is consistently on decline and I mean Pre- COVID. I applied for a Line Of Credit almost 30 days ago and I'm still going back and forth with the loan officer... Unacceptable! Confirmation that it is time for me to move on, this financial institution is not in my best interest. I would strongly encourage anyone looking to bank here to look elsewhere as that will in your best interest.

  Been with them for ten years, I really hate this credit union, they're slow and stuck in a time warp.......can never get a replacement card in a timely manner gotta wait 2 or 3 weeks. They suck big time!!!!!! Gotta find another one asap that's way more efficient uugghh,

  I opened accounts at Financial health for my children 8 or so years ago. Money to be there if I needed it for a school or medical expense. I did not need it, and expected it to be there when I did. It was probably about $250 per kid. Just went in to make a withdrawal because now I need and, lo and behold, the account was closed 5 years ago and was charged $5 per month due to inactivity. $0 in the accounts. Not exactly encouraging financial health.

  THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE! Ugh so annoying. Good luck with products such as auto loans and home equity loan when we had Felicia as our banker @ south campus branch. Since then we have only had poor service with loans. In person they are nice and friendly.

  Always treated with quality professional care and the tellers have always been courteous and respectful. In this time with the Pandemic and all its negativity in the world of financial they have been a financial blessing. Thank you

  I’ve been banking here for about a year and I am pleased I just wish they reached out more. I am not familiar with programs they have to offer me like my other banks. But they have helped my entire family with all our accounts. I’m currently looking into first time home owner loan and a new car. Hopefully someone reaches back out to me. But overall I appreciate having this bank to meet my financial needs. Thank y’all

  Been with this bank for a while never had any issues. Just it’s hard to reach customer service to ask them questions about your account.

  I have had great experiences since becoming a member the staff and Managers are friendly. They offer a lot of different programs from loans, to rebuilding your credit, and they have lower interest rates compared to most banks, the only thing is the phone system, but otherwise I love Financial Health😁

  Very helpful, love my accounts! I like how they get to know you over time and are actually helpfully. Trying to reach them by phone is hard because of recorded voicemail answer service is worse part

  Never open when they say they are open, never answer the phones. Will definitely be closing my account and taking my business elsewhere. I would never recommend this institution to anyone
