  I had never pawned anything before but I was in a tight situation and I needed the money immediately. I hated to leave my engagement ring (it was 11 carat) but Pete- the owner - explained the process to me and assured me that my valuables would be kept at the bank safe deposit box in the back. After doing the paperwork, he immediately gave me the cash in the same day that I brought it to him. When I was late with my payments he worked with me so I could get my ring back. I love this shop; they are polite and personal; I would recommend them to everyone, especially first time pawners!

  Dock Brothers is the best pawn shop in Indianapolis. You can feel good about doing business here because the staff are friendly, honest, and good down home folks.   I have been doing business with Dock Brothers for 30 years.....the jewerly items I have purchased were always of superior quality and value. I just had a diamond bracelet repaired there...a high end jewerly store in Indy wanted $2200 to repair it....Dock Brothers charged me $350 and it came back looking like brand new! I have a girlfriend who still has the wood clarinet her Dad bought from Dock brothers over 50 years ago!

  It was a great experience. They were so friendly and offered me a great price for my jewelry, but also honest about what they couldn’t sell and suggested I keep it and hand it down, instead. Great conversation. Clean environment. I’ll definitely go back. Thank you!

  Great place to go with very good prices for jewelry, watches, guitars, and even if you need to sell or pawn unused gold. I've been going here for years and have always been satisfied! The owner is very friendly and helpful with explaining different jewelry pieces too. Check them out for yourself!

  Great shop if you ever need to pawn anything. We were in a bind, and I had to pawn my wedding ring. They were really nice and understanding about my reservations, and didn't treat me like I was an idiot like they do when you walk into those "big chain" pawn shops. Quick transaction as well. The only thing that I could say I'd like a to be different would be the hours. Closing at 5, it's hard to get off of work and downtown in time to make it to get your loan and/or get your stuff back. I got there at probably 5 minutes til 5 and they didn't act like it was a huge deal that I was cutting it close though, so that was nice!

  This is a great pawn store to buy items and get loans from. The staff and owners are very personal and knowledgeable they are also flexible when items are in layaway. And if you're in quick need of cash or just wanna wanna sell something they don't try to lowball you. I couldn't say enough good things about Dock Brothers. I would refer anybody to shop, pawn or sell at Dock Brothers. 👍

  Really nice family best pawn shop in Indianapolis by far the only pawn shop that cared if I actually get my items back really help me out when I was in need I mean it the best pawn shop in Indianapolis and really good customer service I'll give them 10 Stars if I could dock Brothers the Best Pawn Shop in Indy!!!💸💯
