  Kyle did an excellent job and even though there were roadblocks out of his control he kept us informed and got us to closing. Other lenders might have given up but not kyle.

  Got a quote for a mortgage from Kyle; when it came time to sign the paperwork the monthly payment increased OVER $100. He couldn't explain why and offered NO alternative solutions. I figured out his asst didn't include home owners insurance in the quote. Communication completely broke down after that, no apologies, no explanations, couldn't get him to call me back. Had i received the correct quote from the beginning I would not have made an offer on THAT home.
