Elizabeth Farrell1Do NOT enter this branch near the SOS/DMV in Naperville. They have ZERO interest in growing their business. I had to get a money order for the DMV. When I finally got to the teller, she told me that she couldn't sell me one without a customer profile. She then took me to the manager's office. He was snide & dismissive because I wasn't "a client" & he was busy with a "real client" on the phone. He said, "You're welcome to go to Walmart." Oh, if you're already their customer the teller will hassle you to join their "rewards: card. The red headed teller told the man in front of me AT LEAST 6 times that he should buy their stupid card. STEER CLEAR of this place!

G. Larry Xu3The wait was long this Saturday so I went to grocery shopping. When I went back the wait was longer so I had to give up. There's only one banker on Saturdays, not acceptable. Said they were hiring. Will go to another location.
