  This is one of the worst places. I was looking for a job and spoke to the manager Lilly. She had a nasty attitude and condescending. Management is really bad in the branch. This is why they can’t find anyone and people quit because of people like her. She speaks with a attitude and wants you to drop what your doing to go for an interview. I work full time and she would not work with me. She has a really bad attitude. Never in my life have I ever spoken to management and they give such nasty attitude to people who are trying to work for your company. Now I see why chase is always hiring. With managers like that you will never have good people working for your company. I’m a hard work and reliable. She would not work with me at all. Talking to people with that attitude people won’t last there.

  This is the worst chase bank literally the employees make their own rules it’s ridiculous I’ve never had so many issues with a bank I am in the bank every week due to my business making deposits and withdrawals and every single time I go to this bank I have a problem they are the worst

  I have been on hold with Chase Bank for over 1 hour. Their system has hung up on my 4 times. Every time I call I get a different person and when I call back, the new person I speak with can't be bothered. This bank has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced.

  we have a terrible trying to set up our business account. The bankers were hostile, stoppy and ridiculous in using policy to stop the process. After 8 months, we decided to close the account, and they continue to insist we had to do it 'their way' and made us go back and forth for nearly 3 weeks to close an account. I have never dealt with such terrible customer service as a customer or as a person handling business finances for one of my employers in 20 years, including my experience working FOR a bank. If you want good customer service, avoid them like the plague.

  This location needs more notaries!!! I had to wait 45 min to notarize a simple sidewalk sign permit, because the agent (an older man) was signing up a new account. NO OTHER NOTARIES ON HAND. When I was finally able to meet with the older man, he took FOOORREEEVVVVEERRR. Extremely slow. But first, he asked for my ID and Chase card to verify I am an account holder. Typically, any other notary looks at my Chase Private Client Card and that is sufficient. But this older man had to pull up my account on his computer. He then proceeded to try to get me to sign up for a business credit card. REALLY?? After waiting 45 min, having you look through my account, you now want to try to sell me something? He also had a problem with me signing the document, at his desk, but without him looking at me actually signing. Mind you, he inspected the document and saw the paper had no signature on it when I sat down. Perhaps he became snarky because was offended that I didn't open a credit card account. WILL BE AVOIDING THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS.

  This branch has gone through some major personnel changes and all for the good! I had to open four new accounts today and Topher D. helped me and he was the ultimate professional, knows his products and just was a pleasure to work with. I've been going to this branch for three years and previously I found the staff uncaring and unfriendly. This was the old staff. The new staff is A+++. If you want a great bank to work with, give these guys a try. My previous bank PNC in Largo was #worstbankever

  Love this place. Switching here was a great idea; Wisam, one of the bankers, is the man! Always a wonderful experience. Y-Y, the branch manager, is always smiling and always visible. When I opened my account he made sure to come over, introduce himself, shake my hand, and ensure me that I was in good hands; been here for about 3 months and am more pleased than I was with 5/3 Bank or Huntington Bank.

  THANK YOU to Lili ( the Boss and Manager) , Tofer, , Fabio and the rest of the crew.. THANK YOU , THANK YOU, THANK YOU As a businessman I dealt with many banks around the world. But you guys are the best of them all. That is not a Bank, its like family. Never saw a team so friendly, motivated and helpful than these Folks there. I moved to Clearwater Beach over a year ago, and all was new for me and my family and and had so many challenges and problems, but they always helped, solved them, called back and tried their very best. They care , in a world where very few do care anymore and therefore .. THANK YOU, my friends.. I am moving from this area now, but i will not forget you Michael Honsa

  Best banking experience ever. The people at this branch are so friendly and helpful. They want your business. They care about you as a person. I will never bank anywhere else.
