      This is the 3rd time i have accompanied a friend here while real estate transactions were done by Fidelity Title. Their staff seems to be right on top of things every time, paying attention to details, which is what counts in these sort of matters. Appointments are advised.

      This company misrepresented closing costs with me, didn't tell me until 12 hours before closing what actually cost was. Extremely rude, unprofessional, collected my buyers money before her name or signature! Has held my money going on 7 days without explanation. Please if my experience was worth anything. Take my advice and steer from away from fidelity title. These guys are a fraud.
