Wayne was so knowledgeable and super at getting me a Mortgage to fit my needs with a great rate! Never twitching at my never-ending questions.   Wayne helped us buy our first home and was so easy to work with and got us an awesome rate. We then shopped around to refinance a year later and quickly realized we were wasting our time. Everyone gives you the run around and promises a rate that they can't deliver , so we went straight back to W. C. Mortgage. Wayne was on it and even got us locked in at a lower rate than we thought was possible. I will call W. C Mortgage every single time with confidence that they will deliver. And they are awesome to work with, which is rare nowadays. Thanks for everything! Josh

  Wayne and Amy are absolutely the best! We originally bought our house through them back in 2012. 9 years later I had to refinance our house and pull out some equity to pay off some debt because of COVID-19. They remembered exactly who we where and everything about our first loan! I am a first time mortgage holder and with below average credit, these two fought hard and got the job done! They where able to get me into an awesome interest rate and cash out! We will always use W.C. mortgage for our buying and refinance loans. They are friends, leaders, reliable, and honest.   Though this isn't a nice pretty card in the mail with good calligraphy, I wanted to take a second to say thank you very much for all your help with my home purchase. I will never forget my first visit to W.C. Mortgage in 2016. With no previous history of knowing each other (and no appointment), Wayne was nice enough to take time out of his day to thoroughly explain my options, and by the end, I felt I owed him compensation for that knowledge (like visiting with a lawyer). Still in 2016, my living situations shifted, and I found myself renting for a couple more years. However, I was determined to follow up with W.C. Mortgage when I was ready to buy, because Wayne was so helpful. I don't know how I discovered W.C. Mortgage in the first place, but I'm sure glad I did. At the beginning of this year, we began that process all over again, and I got to experience the roller coaster ride of shopping for a home. W.C. Mortgage was very helpful, as well as responsive, throughout the entire process. Anyway, I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for being such great people. Don't let me be a stranger.   The staff at WC mortgage were amazing! We were purchasing our first home and had a huge learning curve. They were so patient with us and very helpful and honest when we had questions. They were able to listen to what we wanted, needed, and help us to find the loans which would work for our situation. When we found properties we were interested in, they helped us do our homework on the property before hand, so we never had to waste our time on a property we wouldn’t be able to secure! Then, they worked tirelessly to make sure we got into our home, help us to navigate speed bumps which may have derailed our whole contract if we would have been with any other lender. They were so hard working, professional, and overall absolutely amazing lenders. We will never work with anyone else!

  Wayne and Amy are amazing people! Never have I met them in person, all of our contact is over the phone. But, they have answered any questions I have had, made everything and all the process of homebuying, extremely easy! They are very prompt, return phone calls, explain everything in length, and are extremely friendly and patient! Every time we have talked, it always seems like they have welcomed the calls and questions. I used them to buy my first home, and now am using them to buy my second. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy or refinance, or have general questions! 5 stars is all I can do here, but I give them a 10 easy!!!

  Wayne and Amy helped us find a way to buy a last minute home for my Mom. They worked with us and exhausted all options in a short time frame. Thank you for the personal attention you can't get at a large mortgage company. They also directed us to a great insurance provider.
