  Horrible customer service. Almost every experience I've had here has been impersonal and sketchy. I was even told I didn't sign my name correctly once on my paycheck and had to come inside to resign it? I sign my name the same way everytime. Very strange. When my brother passed away, and I was there to close his account, not one person said,"I'm sorry for your loss". Instead the first thing that was said to me was, "Well, are you on the account?". Not once did they offer their sympathy, not that I expect them to care, it's just common human decency.

  Really love going to this branch. My wife and I just started a relationship with this financial institution and we are so pleased with how quick, easy and attentive the staff was. I worked with Brett and Megan, I think that was her name. They were both super friendly and worked hard to get our accounts started. We had a unique scenario because of work schedules but they made it work for us. I also love how community oriented this institution is, it speaks volumes. When making deposits, all tellers I've worked with have been friendly and helpful. I will absolutely be referring friends and family to Alpine Bank.

  Downtown Alpine Bank. I love this bank. It is a great location. The staff is friendly and kind. I can't remember the last time I've had to wait in a line, as they are very efficient with the right number of staff working.

  No cash deposits at an atm are you joking? Updated went to wells fargo they have paperless everything and cash atm deposits

  They have been a good bank to deal with, lose 1 star because I can't deposit a check in the ATM.
