  Luke Kost and his assistants Edgar and Andy are amazing . They helped us with refinancing and made it as convenient as possible for us. They gave us every option there was to get us the information and forms we needed. They were very patient with us. In the beginning we told them we weren't ready and they followed up later and when we were ready things went so smooth. No pressure either. Great team!

  Luke Kost had indicated at the beginning of December 2021 that the interest rates for sure were going to go up in 2022. I must say he pushed really hard at that time for me to get all the information to him so we could get locked in at the historically low rates. I am grateful that he pressured me to get all the information to him to refinance our investment properties now that I see the rates have increased by 60%.
