  If you are looking for a bank— this bank, this Fidelity branch in Holly Springs is the bank for you. My husband has been banking here for some time and I recently changed an account from another bank to Fidelity. If you want a real, personal experience, if customer service is a priority, well , here it is. Mr. Cox is the branch manager and he is top notch as is everyone at this branch.

  I have been working with Tom Cox for more than an year. We have excellent business and personal financial services from Fidelity Bank. Employees at this location take our calls very professionally and complete the work on time with out any issues. We reach Tom for any Banking needs and his response all ways 5 star customer service. Even we see responses during his vacation. I appreciate his work and recommend from my heart!!

  I agree with Ben Hawkins, The Tellers take a very personal, caring & concerned interest in their clients. They make one feel like family. I have moved out of Holly Springs so it is a bit of a jaunt to get to the bank personally, but I love the mobile banking options. I miss seeing the "girls" but they are so sweet to call & or email to check in on me. Love the small town feel of the bank.

  We have been banking at Fidelity Bank in Holly Springs for 15 years now. Their staff have always been very helpful, provide great services and also very nice people. I highly recommend this bank. I do not see us ever going some place else.

  Moving our personal and business accounts over to Fidelity Bank was the BEST decisions we have ever made! Skeet, Donna, Katie and Tom are beyond some of the most nicest, easiest, knowledgeable and timely people I have ever worked with. I use both the Fuquay offices and the Holly Springs office, everyone is by far just top notch at what they do. R & R Towing Inc.as well as The Hartshorn's are ecstatic to be part of the Fidelity family!

  I began banking with Fidelity Bank in 2004. I had just moved here from out of state. I asked a variety of people who they banked with, but interestingly they all complained. I choice Fidelity Bank, Holly Springs. The tellers are so accommodating and pleasant. They even take all my calls now that I am disabled. And they do it correctly, calmly, and friendly. Best bank I have ever had an account at. Seriously, if you are thinking of changing banks, make Fidelity Bank, Holly Springs, your new banking home.
