  My recent refinancing with Lighthouse Lending was a totally unexpected pleasure. I say unexpected because My wife and I have bought and sold 7 houses and had mortgage refi's in addition to that.   The service and personal attention we have received from Austin has been exceptional and beyond our expectations. It has been very difficult year as a homebuyer and Austin’s around the clock availability has been crucial when submitting offers on weekends. He is always ready and willing to write tailored pre-approval letters to sellers when there are multiple offers on the table and really makes you feel like he has your back, especially in such a highly competitive housing market. Having put in several offers on houses and not getting them has been a very emotional experience but Austin’s support and positive outlook has been very reassuring, he really makes us feel like family. I would not consider working with anyone else for a mortgage.
