  My realtor at REMI Realty connected me with Justin Young at Fiber Mortgage to assist my husband and I with obtaining a mortgage to purchase our first home. Because I had not purchased a home before, I was expecting the loan application and underwriting process to be a pain, but I was shocked at how easy it was. I was able to finally understand how the process work and answer all my questions and confused questions I had.   Working with Andrew and Angelica was an amazing experience. Having two people eager to help that are also available at all times. They were both able to explain any questions to me (a first time home buyer) with little to no previous information. They both followed up daily to ensure I was up to speed on every step of the process. Very knowledgeable and kind individuals that I would send anyone to.

  The process with both Patrick and Dean with Fiber-Mortgage was incredible. We started with Patrick; he walked us through every step of the process and explained everything to us. We then dealt with Dean, who ensured we had everything we needed to close; he kept us informed with each step ( as did Patrick ). I am very grateful for their professionalism and effort to make the process so enjoyable for us.

  Cheryl is the most amazing, prompt, and professional mortgage representative we have ever worked with. She provided great detail and a explained every item line by line to ensure everything was totally transparent. Cheryl helped us refi paying the same amount but going from 30 to 15 years. There needs to be more than 5 stars available to rate Cheryl and Fiber Mortgage.

  Jessica and Angelica were absolutely great to work with. They were always available, making sure I knew what was happening or what I needed to do.
