  Mr. Davis was with me every step of the way. Mr. Davis made me aware of all steps and everything I would need. When the builder was vying for my business to be the mortgage lender, Mr. Davis was able to be more competitive whereas the builder was competitive and threatening. When the builder's slowed the process to favor and persuade me to go with them for the mortgage, Mr. Davis was still able to get me closed on my terms.

  Great Company to work with. I personally worked with Mr. Anthony Davis which offered me the best experience in this "painful" process to buy a house. People over here are very professional and corect. So for those who leave bad reviews about Alcova in general evaluate your situation first. Alcova is on the market to help us get our homes. They are not here to make our life miserable. But we need to meet some criteria in order to qualify. Make sure your credit score is good. Make sure you don't have any public records as bankruptcies or foreclosures. Make sure your income is verifiable and all the money you might have are paper trailed. If you meet all this requirements I can guarantee ALCOVA will make your buying process the most wonderful experience. THEY DID THAT FOR ME. THANK YOU ALCOVA! THANK YOU Mr. ANTHONY DAVIS!!!
