      I have been a customer with FedStar for over 20 years and they are excellent. All businesses have "growing pains" as do people. Fedstar has grown from a small little facility into what it is today. This doesn't happen with bad service. They are top notch and have great customer service and their fees are less or comparable to any other banking institution. I am proud to have grown with Fedstar! Dr. Sandra Leyendecker

      Oh my gosh like if I could give this place 0 stars I would like it's so bad. First of all there is a fee with literally everything and the website is terribly made! I never knew that a place could be so bad almost all of the fees they never told me about the hidden fees so I got stuck paying almost 1000 dollars! And to top it all off the customer service is horible the girl at the desk didn't even look up when I talked to her and when I asked her about my fees she made a face at me and started yelling at me! Please nobody use fedstar credit union!

      When I call you and ask if you offer a specific type of loan product, the answer should be "yes" or "no." I am not going to just "apply and find out," as you advised.

      Terrible service. Terrible hidden fees and the website where you can "access" your accounts was designed by a 4 year old and works as you would expect. Everything, I mean EVERYthing has a fee associated with it and most of them you don't even know exist! I half expected to pay for parking at this miserable place. Don't Do It!!
