  Bad customer service from Donna. Spoke to Mike about a ring that was stolen from me and sold to College Station Pawn. Mike said the ring was in the shop and that I could call the next day to talk to Donna about buying the ring back. I called the next day a was told by Donna that she would find out more and call me back. Two hours later I called back and was told that my ring has been scrapped. College Station Pawn bought a 1500$ ring for only 30$ from a kid, how could they not know it was stolen? They knew they got a good deal and didn't want to help me get my heirloom back.

  They have alright deals if you are buying from them, but they just want to give you bad deals when it comes to selling your items here. I don't reccommend as far as selling to them. I tried to sell my iPad mini 1st generation and they treated me like I was incompetent about resale price. They wanted to give me $25 for it. I was like hell naw and sold it on ebay instead for $110. Beware of selling items to them. You won't get what you want or what you need. They aren't fair about the price they will pay for good items.

  She sold be a defective torch, then had the nerve to “ do me a favor “ and give me store credit for the item but wouldn’t pay for the filled tanks that i had bought for it but she would keep them tho. check your items right there in there to avoid being taken advantage off

  Mr. Navarro, I am sorry you were not satisfied with your purchase. That item was discounted as an as is purchase and stated on the bottom of your receipt. A in-store credit was offered as a courtesy. Again we apologize for any inconvenience.

  I visited college station pawn looking for an xbox and Bailey helped me out so much! She had great customer service. I will be coming back!

  For starters if you do not understand how a resale business works stop reading this review. When it comes to guns, the resale on guns for a business is great! They rarely lose their value. Have a look around at USED glocks. They are practically the same price as NEW ones! At College Station Pawn their NEW & USED firearms beat Champion Firearms, Academy, Gander mountain and even online prices ( after calculating shipping plus handling and tax and transfer fee from an FFL they are still cheaper). If I am incorrect prove it, I think they will negotiate a price for you. excellent pawnshop highly recommend it

  Great and friendly environment! I was greeted the second I walked through the door. Amazing and fair prices on everything! Donna was beyond helpful. Definitely looking forward to my next visit!

  i give it a four stars for the employees ONLY, not the business itself. It is ran by a lady that think she owns it but does not. Often comes off rudely, or maybe just controlling at every level? Haven’t figured her out all the way. On top of this, this business claims to be “family” run. Let me tell you from what i have heard, this business does not carry family morals. I give them 4 starts due to the hard working employees they have that 1. don’t receive commission 2. not nearly payed enough to maintain a family. 3. not offered benefits of ANY KIND 4. not even given a proper lunch break or any breaks at that. this is all from ears. From being a long loyal customer and supporting this business, to find out how truly treat their employees/customers is a complete shocker. That being said. you. are. better. off. at cash america. where they don’t take 5 dollars off and call it a deal

However when looking up your loyalty to the business it was unfortunate to find you have never done business with us. I can tell you that the turnover rate at College Station Pawn is low. The owner of the company has kept employees as long as 20 years and still working for him. Sometimes employees leave our company angry and tend to lash out. Our company has in the past purchased employees hearing aids whom could not afford them enabling them to continue employment We have also assisted many employees get vehicles that are dependable. We have also assisted one person when she had to have brain surgery and couldn’t afford the insurance. So again I am sorry to hear that you feel this way about our company. We hope that you will visit us and know that what you might have heard is possibly coming from someone who is disappointed they no longer work for us.

  They have way more stuff to look at vs Cash America, and it's not a pushy place so you don't feel like people are breathing down your neck trying to get a sale. Worth checking out. Maybe a 5th star next time I shop there. Great 1st impression.

  The folks I've encountered here have always been super helpful. If they don't know the answer right off the bat, they're quick to find someone who does! The selection in there is crazy impressive, too so if you're ever "shopping around," CSP should be on the list. You'll be surprised at what you'll find and how easy it is to work with them!

  I also tried to take my iPad mini to them(a newer model). They offered me $50, which I thought seemed very low. I went down to another pawn shop and they told me they were willing to offer me $400 and change for it. It seems to me that college station pawn is flawed in their system.
