I’ve banked with BofA for years, and to get backbenched as they cater to big business clients who don’t need Business loans during the pandemic makes me sick. BofA is not your friend, has awful rates, and doesn’t care about small business. Go ANYWHERE but here.

The location and hours of this branch are terrible. They are only open from 9 am to 4pm on most days which does not work at all for people with a normal work schedule. The customer service at this bank is also awful. They do not care at all if you are upset and they are very rude. I unfortunately have an auto loan with bank of america but once it is paid off I will never deal with them again!

The location is okay, but Bank of America is a terrible bank to do business with. They wanted to charge me $12 a month to maintain a checking account unless I kept an average monthly balance of 1500 or higher. I'm a STUDENT! Does it look like I have that kind of money sitting around??

Actually horrible, especially for new international students. I opened my account here. The banker who help me was suspicious and cold in manner. He asked my passport to make a copy. However, he didn't return to me. When I notified this and back to him, he didn't show any

Terrible customer service. I kept calling to obtain wire transfer information but no one answers phone, it rolls over to an automated system that is terrible and you cannot access without a customer id and password. My advice to my Aggie grandson and anyone else using this bank is go find a Texas/ Community Bank where someone will talk with you either on the phone or in person .

God awful bank - terrible hours (shuts down at 4, including drive through), terrible service unless you like long waits becaus half the teller windows are empty. Represents everything you hate about big banks - arrogant, indifferent, and treats you like a number. How do banks like this remain in business? Terrible, terrible, terrible.

Pros: Nice building, friendly staff, conveniently located near the campus Cons: SLOW SERVICE, expect to take an hour or more. There is a greeter and a couple managers who essentially do nothing. Also, really poorly designed parking lot that is run down and needs to be repaved. It's the only one in college station, so you're stuck with it. It's not bad, they just have things they need to work on.

I got a teller who was rude today, whose name is Almas. I came there today to do a deposit and instead of helping me right away she questions my reason for standing in line waiting for her to help me. Then I tell her well I'm used to doing this exact routine in the Bank of America in my hometown. She has the audacity to start laughing in front of me and starts assuming what my nationality is. She goes on and says this is the US, so I don't know how your country does it. Once she said this it made me furious I was already angry at the fact that she did not want to help me out in the beginning. Then she tries to assume what nationality I am. I felt that my right as a customer was being violated here. I came here to do some transactions and instead I feel like I just got insulted. Worst teller ever! So from now on I will be doing my business else where because of this lady named, Almas. Thanks for ruining my experience with Bank of America, Almas.

I go in every couple of weeks Usually I get great service. There is one manager who is a little high strung , seems stressed out! I hope she has a great day though, if she reads this!!
