Taylor Parker5I am currently waiting in the service lobby of Brazos Valley Imports while the service manager himself, Joey, makes a repair to my Volkswagen Tiguan. Let me add, this man JUST had surgery only two-three weeks ago and he's doing everything he can just to help a young college student. My first couple visits to Brazos Valley Imports weren't the best, however, as soon as I brought it to Joey's attention he immediately did everything in his power to ensure my satisfaction. I could not be more grateful! The service preformed on my vehicle by Brazos has always been done to the highest expectation and much faster than one would expect! If you find yourself in need of ANY service, you owe it to your vehicle to bring it to Brazos Valley Imports service! I'm so very grateful again for the amazing customer service I've received here by Joey and his incredible staff!

Shayla Houston5Isaac was extremely helpful! I needed a spare key to my car, because the previous spares I had broke in my lock. He was willing to go above and beyond, waiting for me past his work hours! Excellent service!
Response from the ownerShayla, thank you for the recommendation. This is better than any form of advertisement we could possible invest in. We assure you that Isaac, as well as the entire team, appreciates your kindness. Thank you for sharing your experience, not to mention the 5-star review. Have a wonderful weekend!

Natalie Minniss1Beware of this dealer, they're a complete scam. We worked with Nathaniel who was extremely rude and condescending. We were looking at a 2017 Nissan Murano but Nathaniel would not give us the price breakdown on the vehicle. He kept adding an extra $3,500 in fees but would not give us the net sheet to show us what those fees were for. We knew there would be about $1600 in taxes, plus $33 in title fees, and $150 doc fee. So that leaves $1717 in a mystery fee that Nathaniel wouldn't tell us what it was for. He ended up trying to say it was for the gps/lojack system? How dumb does he think we are? After we told him how sketchy this all was he tried to call us liars and say that we're the ones being sketchy. Anyways, I would avoid this place like the plague. Their prices may seem cheap, but that's because they're gonna add another $2,000 in random fees. I hope this Nathaniel guy gets fired because he was extremely rude and condescending. Worst dealership experience I've ever had.
Response from the ownerNatalie, according to your review, we can see that your experience with us didn’t go as planned. We hope we made right what you felt was wrong. Even though we’re only human and make mistakes, we’ll still do all we can to make sure you’re satisfied. Has everything been resolved? If you have any questions or concerns. Give us a call anytime! We’ll love answer your question. We hope you have a wonderful day!

T R1Go to Momentum BMW and stay away from Brazos Valley Imports. They play games and Mark French is a sarcastic SOB. Columbus LIE!!!! They all lie!!!! They will try to get every dime out of you instead of getting the best deal possible for the customer. I left this dealership and found another car, but I will never ever go back to B V Imports. Get your own financing and avoid them because they will not present you with the best deal!!!! I do not recommend them!!!!!!
Response from the ownerWe are sorry to hear you feel this way. We truly are. Unfortunately, we simply can't agree that we don't present the best deals to the customers. We are in the business of selling vehicles, and want to sell a lot of them. In order to do that, we have to be competitive. In order to do that, we have to present the best deals. There are times when someone may not feel this way because we couldn't accommodate their budget. However, there are many stipulations that go into meeting that budget: credit score, down payment, trade-in value, lender finance rate, etc. We really wish we could have worked a deal with you. We are glad to hear you got yourself a vehicle. With all sincerity, we wish it could have been with us.

Christine Walker1New owners and slower service. I felt like I was being hustled. My car made a strange noise AFTER bringing it in for oil change. Auto parts store clerk found that the cover for engine filter wasn't secured back after checking at dealership. Was this a mistake or on purpose? Sound gone now thanks to I Reillys Auto Parts clerk.
Response from the ownerChristine, this seems like a strong accusation with no objective data to support it. We don't want you to have anything less than a 5-star experience. With that said, we would never attempt to jeopardize the health of your vehicle. We take pride in having the highest of integrity when it comes to the treatment of our customers. We are really sorry you feel this way.

Dan Oyler5If you sincerely quest for the Ultimate Auto Buying Experience I strongly suggest that you visit with James Hutcherson (Sales Manager) and Ron Roeder (General Manager). They are highly competent and dedicated to finding an auto that meets your needs at an affordable price. Their auto line is extensive and their staff will handle all financial and related details...... Well what are you waiting for? Get your butt off the couch and make your way over to an awsome dealership to make new friends and satisfy your auto needs. They are indeed a Texas user friendly dealership with no equal! Signed: A new and recent auto purchaser at Brazos Valley Imports!

Matthew Brown5The BMW techs are extremely knoledgable and professional especially Chris. Also Nathan in parts is super knoledgable and can help you order the correct parts you need either in person or over the phone. Highly recommend bringing your BMW in for maintenance or even and inspection.
Response from the ownerThanks for the 5-star review and your high recommendation, Matt! We were happy to make this process easy for you. Nathan, Chris, and the entire staff were happy to help you. Have a nice day!

Joe Arnold1The service department is very dishonest and overpriced. They take advantage of students and charge more than double for the same service given at other VW dealerships. When confronted, they lie! Do not trust your car to these crooks!
Response from the ownerJoe, we hate to hear you feel this way. Despite your feelings, we can't allow anyone to accuse of being dishonest. We also can charge double for service. It's a very competitive industry, and overcharging people with the increase you've mentioned here wouldn't allow us to stay in business. We wish we could have accommodated your request and built a strong, long-term relationship. All the best to you.

That Johnson5I'm happy to say BVI has done a great job keeping my '06 VW Jetta(200k+mi.) running at tip top shape. Great group of guys over there.. Trevor is stellar. But a Mr Joey Gyug makes all the backstage magic happen a literal cornerstone of that dealership. Keep up the great work you guys
Response from the ownerOn behalf of the entire service team here at Brazos Valley Imports, let us say thank you for such a great 5-star review. We promise to deliver this same type of service each and every time you visit. Thanks again!

Constanza Blumenthal5Travis Greer was an amazying sales person. He answered all our questions, was friendly and did not pressure us into any deals. He even help us getting our new car home 25 minutes away! He contacts us after purchase to help us set up bluelink. Thanks, Travis! Connie
Response from the ownerConnie, we can tell you right off the bat that Travis appreciates your generosity. He apparently exemplified what we want all of our sales staff to display when working with a valued customer. It's important that we stay transparent and that you're comfortable with the deal. We work with our valued customers long after the purchase. We don't want you as a guest of ours just on the day you purchase, but for the long term.
