      Steven Wiley did an amazing job as our salesperson. We special-ordered an F-250 with a towing package to handle our new RV. He was extremely knowledgeable and able to direct us in choosing the appropriate package/accessories to meet our needs. We looked forward to receiving the new vehicle, and he kept us apprised of the assembly process and estimated delivery date which was right on target. Upon purchasing our new truck, Steven spent an hour and a half in the vehicle with us to assure that we were familiar with the technology and safety features before we drove off. We had a great experience at College Station Ford and highly recommend Steven Wiley to provide excellent customer service and satisfaction.

      So, I bought a used F150 from college station ford about 2 weeks ago with no warranty, as-is. Drove from out of town to buy because they offered it at a great price. Had an issue with the truck as soon as I got home (several hours away), and a local Ford dealer quoted me a ridiculous amount to fix it. I was really upset. Eric in sales and Grant, the service manager, reached out to me as soon as I left a not-so-great review here. Turns out, the issue was not their fault and completely by chance that it came up after I purchased. I verified this with other folks as well, as I was a little wary of the whole situation. College Station Ford STILL stood by the truck they sold me and fixed the issue at no cost to me even though they were not obligated to. Given the opportunity, they stepped up and took care of everything. Thanks College Station Ford!

      Had a spark plug/coil issue a few days after being serviced. Jerry the manager with Quick Lane covered the cost of labor and only charged me for the specific part that needed fixing. They also fixed my vehicle within 30 minutes of discovering the issue. I was very thankful for Quick Lane’s help with the issue.

      I had such a great experience. The service staff was fantastic! Especially Benito, my technician. He fixed me up right. Everyone was so kind and helpful while I was there for my service. From Taylor and Lucas to Hunter and David, they made my experience awesome and easy. So much respect.

      I purchased a 2020 Expedition Max when BCS was just beginning to reopen from COVID-19 shutdown. Eric brought the vehicle to my house for a test drive and face-to-face conversation. He was easy to work with and answered all my questions. This was the first vehicle I’d ever purchased from College Station Ford. The process was still an all day experience but at least I was able to accomplish things at home while I waited rather than cooling my heels at the dealership. We had a minor misunderstanding about the extended warranty but that was quickly and easily corrected. I really appreciated the professionalism and would recommend both Eric and the dealership.

      Rolled into Quick Lube at College Station Ford for and oil change on a busy Monday Morning and was promptly greeted by three professional service writers in the finest tradition of excellent customer service. Great coffee/hot chocolate in the lounge. All my fellow customers in good spirits due to the excellent service/atmosphere. Time passed quickly and the bill was explained in detail making it obvious what a great valve it was to have my oil changed there and all the additional checks, etc. Next thing I was back on the freeway headed to the next errand.

      Best car service in College Station. Larry was great and treats his customers like family. I needed a special tire most stores don't have in stock and called Quick Lane at 5pm one evening. Larry contacted me personally that same evening, got my tire shipped there the following day and kept me updated the whole time. When my tire arrived next day he had me quickly on my way out that same afternoon with a car inspection added to that! Great service.
