melo joy2Overwhelmed and understaffed. Carlton is a rude and condescending man and definitely unprofessional. I attempted to give him the background information I previously discussed with A. Hutchinson and he laughed stating he had no idea what I was talking about and needed to begin anew and research my account. He called me back stating he located information that he want to relay. By this time, I was fully disgusted and declined to speak with him further. In one day, I called four times, to only be bounced around from representative to representative with no resolution. I satisfied a mortgage debt in Feb. 2022 and am still waiting for final documentation noting such. I just want to close my account after being a customer for over 12 years. Poor customer service.

minna golden1i have been a member since 1972 . I used to love doing business with Fed Financial but now I try calling the credit union almost every day and no one answers. I have a serious matter to discuss and need a call back. Even when i leave a voice mail, my calls are not returned. I know there is Covid and people work from home, but a busines, a financial institution must keep operating. Very disappointed in this service. Where is the Board of Directors?

Godwin Odia1This is one of the most ineffcient credit union in the United States. I have been with them for more than 15 years. I rarely have issues requiring my dealings with them. Today, I erroneeouly requested a check withdrawal on my savinsg account from my mobile device which they would have to send to me at my home address. Upon notice, I immediatley called to have the transaction cancelled. They do not have cancellation button or option in the online transaction. After they put me on hold for more than 30 minutes, and speaking with a "supervisor" I was told I have only been dealing with the call center that my cancellation request cannot be done. They suggested I speak with a bank branch employee but came back that there was no one at any bank branch to speak with me but could leave a message that would rbe returned in one to two business days. Really, by then my check would be delivered (I hope) and today is Friday. I respectfully told them, I will be taking steps in the next couple of months to sever my realtionship with them. I will be moving on to a more efficcient bank or credit union.

Tammy Duarte1I have been with this bank since 2011. 2 years ago my name changed and I called to get new cards with my new name. 1) I was charged 10 for each new card; 2) for one card it took me calling 5 times before they sent me the correct card with my name change. They are very friendly but their customer service isn't good at all!

Bluegrass Bill2Very, very friendly staff; but, unfortunately limited hours, poor interest rates compared to other similar institutions and poor customer service make this a bad choice for even credit union banking. Examples: notary service not complimentary for members, customer service could not tell me location of ATMs, took numerous attempts to get someone to call me back when I wanted to talk about a home loan, etc. No conveniences such as check cashing through a mobile app, etc. Website has glitches as well.

Kellie Taylor1Worst customer service ever. I was locked out of my account for a “fraud alert” which was alledgedly released by fed financial on a Friday only to find out they had NOT done their job leaving me without funds while traveling with my mother on mother’s Day weekend. Card services blames the branch, both blame the fraud department - no accountability whatsoever. And none of the departments work together- each has a separate number and their own line of BS as to why someone else was reslponsible. I am closing my account and switching to Navy federal Monday. There never even was fraud in the first place.

DBradshaw255This is a credit Union not a regular bank, but they do have mobile deposits now which is great and a large between of ATMs. However, don't expect all of the same services you might get at regular bank. They also offer higher interest rates on checking accounts and give you interest quarterly.
