  Horrible service and I would avoid this location by all means. They won't pick up the phone and would like you to come in person for any small service. Been a BOA account holder for over 20 years and never ever felt treated in this fashion. Dinosaurus in the making...

  Every time I'm at this location, my experience is so bad that it's years before I go back hoping it got better. But nope! It's a busy location, why not staff accordingly? Nobody greets or inquires if you need assistance.

  The worst bank of America branch I have been to.The manager is very rude along with his staff. The worst experience ever. They need all new staff and more. I will never go in there again. This is why i dont bank with bank of America

  Please review your camera on 12/26/2018 between 4:00 to 5:15 and review your process and try to improve . U have got Very unprofessional , untrained staff ( Juan - I don’t know how and why he is in charge . He is rude and very very unprofessional ) . Waited for 1 hour for nothing . Just review it and you can see how your staff handles customers . 50 % of the people in line were handled badly and waited in line for more than 40 minutes .... I am really done . Sun trust all day everyday !!

  Worst branch , while it’s the only BOA in area they don’t have enough tellers and they make you wait so long . They are so busy in opening new account while existing customers are on long line . Never had an easy visit at all . Will never be back here .

  Would have given 2 stars but 4 stars especially for Christian Moreno for how helpful he is . He goes above and beyond to help .

  Customer service is Terrible!! Waited for almost an hour to have a one on one. They wasn't following the line order. Very short on staff, it was a very terrible experience.

  Been waiting for the past 10 mins to simply get an appointment. NOBODY seems to even care 😞 and currently it’s only 3 staff, 2 of which are helping one customer 😕

  This brunch should be closed permanently because there customer service is the worst ....I had to wait an hour to get access to the safe .Only two people working in a Bank of America brunch ....don’t waste your time coming to this brunch.
