  Jessica has always done a great job on my taxes, but this year, she went above and beyond helping me since I had income from being an independent contractor. I highly recommend her!

  I made an appointment with Jessica and she was not welcoming at all. The star goes for Ms. Janice for trying to help me and Carl Woods for being professional. Our taxes had to be amended (1) Jessica did not do it as a business ( did not use EIN), (2) asked for the year before taxes, but never looked at them, (3) was rushing the questions that I asked, (4) was told she has done trucker's taxes before, but never did the 2290 (?), (5) When told there was mistake on taxes, she very unbothered and unapologetic. Jessica is unprofessional and needs a class in customer service. I am missing revenue because of the 2290 and earned income credits. I will not be returning or referring owner operators to this company. That deeply depends on Carl Woods and how the company makes up for their employee's mistake.

  I have been having fcb tax an bookkeeping for the last 3 years they are friendly an always know your name when you go in every year i only see the tax prepare once a year an that is when i collect my papers i give the lady alot to do. She does great
