      I received the worst service. I have ever received at any bank. They refused to accept accountability for their error. Then it last guy I spoke to, was condescending and told me "that's fine. You're allowed to feel how you like". I let the lady before him know, that I would probably be taking my business elsewhere. She said "that's fine" "do you want me to make an appointment to help you with that"? Mind you I've banked with them 5years, and referred several customers to them. Also have two accounts with the, but they didn't appreciate my business, so I'll go somewhere where they will.

      It was obvious they were busy today which, in my opinion, is a good sign of the economy but they were so helpful and kind. I love that I can pay utilities here too. Even with covid-19, I'm able to do most things necessary thru the drive thru. I don't leave many reviews but felt I needed to today because I could hear the person in the next lane not happy about sending in a license. I was asked also to send mine in and didn't mind the extra 10 seconds to verify my identity with all of the scams going on now days. Thanks for putting up with us all.

      At the Edwardsville location, a teller tried to prevent me from depositing a check that was legally written out to me. She mistakenly thought she had some understanding of estate law, but she actually was without appropriate knowledge. I went to a different FCB location. Check deposited without issue.

      We had a very pleasant experience with their loan officer. The entire staff is pleasant and makes you feel at home banking there.

      I deposited cash the atm took the cash now i get to file a dispute with the bank to correct their mistake and wait until Friday for my money ... the customer service at this bank is pathetic

      Horrible customer service teller in drive thru was so rude I told her to send my stuff back and I was going to Troy branch where they are super nice.
