  Wasn't even going to bring up how rude Kevin was for the review till I seen other people reviewed how terrible he is at his job. They told me they'll melt down my frank m whiting silver wear and than dude lost a sale on a gold ring cause he wants to be short and rude, like a man child all mad he has to do work. Good job dude lol Go wash some dishes at a chili's or something since you don't have the skills for customers service. I'll NEVER sell or buy from this shady spot.

  Could be my favorite pawn shop. The employees are great and even the customers also have fun in this store. Great deals and fair pawns. The jewelry guy (manager) is very knowledgeable with diamonds and coins. Check them out.

  The guys working there were super rude. They made it uncomfortable for me to even be in the store. Then after dealing with this guys attitude and low offer he basically pushed my stuff toward me, rolled his eyes, and walked away. Dont recomend this place and deffinty would not refer anyone, just keep driving .

  I wouldn't give 1 star!! SCAM ARTIST ALERT!!! They sold us a helicopter for our son that requires a LICENSE!! When we called to see of they would exchange it NOT return it, they said they'd have to speak to a manager. The manager gets on the phone and says as rudely as you could imagine "ya, what do you want?!" So my husband explained the issue again very nice and calmly and the manager very rudely again said "sure I'll buy it back from you for 1/2 of what you paid for it". We looked online and found those same helicopters sold for $450 brand new 8 years ago (That's almost as much as we paid) and it was missing key parts so it wouldn't even fly!!! I'm writing this review mainly because the way the manager acted is NO way that a manager should act!!! My husband and I own a auto repair shop and if my manager ever acted that way to a customer he would be fired on the spot!!! I am appolled fast cash sees him as manager material!! HORRIBLE place to shop!!! Steer clear, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND BE RUDE DOING IT!!!!

  The store looks big on the outside, but the selection is limited and there are less items than they used to have. I saw lots of tools, but only 4 bicycles, a dozen tablets, maybe ten guns. A lot of people willing to help but not many good deals. This was in June 2020. You have to push a doorbell to be let inside.

  I've started shopping in pawn shops more because its considerably less than retail, and I haven't had a bad deal yet... I also got a really fair deal on some of my valuables. I was actually pretty surprised. WAY more fair then a certain mainstream pawn in the area. Their electronics like tablets and laptops are considerably cheaper than other shops too.

  I've been going here for over 3 years. By far the best pawn shop around. Everyone is very friendly, knowledgeable, and sincere. Sometimes there is a wait, but what's to be expected...everyone comes here! Well worth a few mins wait. Great job to all of you. I'm a customer for life

  I like pawn shops, and this one has been my favorite for 7 years. I picked out a diamond from a ring and my spouse 7 years ago went through 6 huge cataloges for a new unique setting wedding set. She gets more compliments on that ring. The store is bigger then most pawn shops. They we're willing to negociate on the marked price...I've always got good deals.
