  Think twice before taking our a credit card with FIGFCU. If you do, be sure to write down the date they will charge your next annual fee. They give no prior notice before charging the fee and refuse to refund it, even if you ask to cancel the card on the same day the fee is charged; I learned this firsthand. There are many solid credit unions out there who do the right thing by customer. FIGFCU is not one of them.

  The girls that are at this branch are fantastic. Shannon, Cassandra, and Ashlie always go out of their way to greet people as they come in and are incredibly helpful. I genuinely look forward to stopping in when I need to. They ask about their customers and seem like they actually care. The only real beef I have is not with them. The loan process for the credit union feels very antiquated. I wanted to finance everything with them, but ended up doing some loans with a different credit union that was easier to work with. Other than that, I recommend FIGFCU to many people.

  I truly and highly recommend CASSANDRA VANDYKE for all your banking issues. She's always available for me and there to help me on any question I might have. Anything I need, she's very prompt and always willing to fix any issue I might encounter. I can always count on her regarding mine and my kids accounts, just a simple email or phone call, she solves everything for me! She's always advising new products, and also makes sure I take advantage of the full benefits of being part of FIFCU. I have never been so happy with a banker, like I am now with her. It's my FIRST TIME I write a google review for someone. She's just amazing and can't thank her enough for all her help always. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication CASSANDRA :)

  Just wrapped up another great experience with FIGFCU. Was able to open a CD, fund it from another bank, and complete the transaction entirely online! Very easy and straightforward. Better than that, I received status messages from Shannon Sluiter every step of the way!!! Thanks for the excellent service Shannon!!!!!

  Whether I'm stopping in for cash or getting advice on my finances I always leave feeling like I received excellent customer service. Cassy always makes sure my requests are handled quickly while making sure I am informed of all the benefits the credit union has to offer. I love banking with FIFCU!

  I had a great experience opening my accounts at FIGFCU. Shannon was very helpful, professional, and efficient. She was able to explain everything to me so that I understood what I was agreeing to and she helped me choose the right accounts for my family. I would definitely recommend using FIGFCU if you are a Farmers employee or eligible for membership!

  I have been a member with the credit union since I became an employee. This office has been great for my family and I. Working with Cassandra and Shannon has been great. They have worked with me for years and I appreciate them. Ashlie has been a great assistance as well.

  Had a great experience opening up a couple accounts with them today. They are really fast at getting you set up and Janiece and Shannon offered great customer service. Plus they are always doing fun events and giveaways in the offices! Excited for the benefits of banking with them to come.

  The FIG has a great staff. Shannon always updates me on the latest products and services available. She set me up with a Savings Account and with the money saved in this account I visited Mexico, going to New Orleans next month. Excited to decided where to go next! Cassandra and Ashile are always there to help me out also. THANKS FIG!
