  I interviewed six lenders, and Rod was the fastest to respond, the most organized, and provided the most accurate information. He communicated regularly throughout the underwriting process. He informed me of all documentation that I was required to submit well in advance. He also has extensive knowledge of MSHDA down payment assistance, and isn't afraid to work with anyone requiring down payment assistance programs.

  From day one our agent Traci Vincent was very informative and upfront with information and data pertaining to the loan. Day one we received a loan details/breakdown report that we did not even know existed while working with Rocket Mortgage for 3 weeks. Traci was available weekdays, weeknights and weekends. She was always very friendly and professional to deal with. MiMutual is very fortunate to have Traci on their team, as she genuinely cares for her clients!

  Rod Sutherland was a great person to work with. Explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and also took the time out of his weekends to answer calls and fill out paperwork. Highly recommended, especially if you are a first time home buyer.
