  After doing some research and many phone calls, I decided on Farm Plus Financial for the refinance of my farm. I directly worked with Kathie Wilburn and Aaron Montgomery. They were friendly and personable and made me like a friend. They helped guide me to determine the best loan for my current situation and financial goals. I always felt they had my best interest at the forefront and didn’t try to put me in a loan that didn’t meet my needs. They kept me updated throughout the entire loan process, explaining the timelines for each part of the loan- underwriting, appraisals, closing. This really helped my expectations of when the loan would close. Closing was easy and cost was what was quoted, no surprise additional cost, like I have had with other lenders in the past. I will use them again for any future loans I may need and highly recommend Farm Plus Financial.

  Had such an amazing experience with Farm Plus Financial! I worked directly with Mike and the team, and they all made the process smooth and stress free! The pre-approval process moved quickly and then it was just a matter of gathering the required documents and waiting for appraisal and final approval! Mike was very thorough and was able to help me through each step of the loan process. Excellent communication from the company as a whole!   Working with Randy was such a delight. He was knowledgable, quick to respond, and made the whole process relatively simple. The appraisal process took longer than I had anticipated or wanted, but that was really out of their hands. Overall, I had a great experience and would not hesitate to recommend Randy and Farm Plus to anyone looking to purchase farmland.

A temporary national shortage of ag appraisers has led to the occasional minor extension of timelines. We are working diligently to address your concern.

  Randy is great to work with. He stays on top of the process and keeps communicating. We went over several options and he found the best rate product for the timelines we were trying to make work. He understands farm and ranch and pushes the ball forward.

  We have a house and small winery on about 7 acres of vineyards here in Acampo, CA. We refinanced all of our property and mortgage with Farm Plus since you can get lower rates with a farm loan. My wife and I were extremely happy with the service that we received from Farm Plus Financial. I highly recommend Farm Plus Financial.

  applied for credit with them over a month ago called and left messages 5 times with no call back. emailed my rep 3 times no reply. Thought my loan was in process and nothing called in for supervisor today left message got a email from my rep saying my credit was declined and i have a 780 score not a good way to do business.

Our team strives to be as communicative and transparent as possible to make farm loans simple. There are factors other than credit score that can impact a credit approval decision, including but not limited to, loan amount and loan-to-value amount. We are sorry that the circumstances of your loan qualifications weren't communicated clearly. We can only promise to be more transparent in the future.

  We pride ourself on our customer care and quick response times. However, we have no record of this person ever being our customer, nor interacting with us in any way. The only link we were able to find is that this reviewer is connected to a vendor that we did business with. We had a bad experience with that company and left a legitimate review on their page. 2 days later we received this bad faith review. We understand that a lack of communication is a very serious issue, especially with financing. Our team strives to be as communicative and transparent as possible to make farm loans simple.
