Jerry Walker1STAY FAR FAR AWAY!! Banking with this Credit union has been the most difficult and disheartening experience I've ever had in life as a customer. I have never felt so unappreciated in my life as a customer, and a hard working man. I don't feel like I have any value at all. I have gotten so much misinformation and poor customer service, it is almost depressing to even think about having a concen or issue becusse I know it will be a horrific process. The employees are rude at this branch and even more so calling customer service calling for assistance is like playing Russian roulette, hoping to get a rep who is knowledgeable and consistent in their efforts. I've had an issue, because I could not access my online banking, (Which is a horrible porcess in itself) . I talked to 5 different reps and they all gave up on my issue and said they would have someone call me (evry single one of them. , not exaggerating) on the 6th rep, the issue was solved immediately. The other reps were too incompetent to see that the information was assigned to the wrong category (Sparing the details) Currently I am STILL WAITING almost a week now, for a credit to be applied for a fraudulent issue on my account. I haven't heard anything back. It's so frustrating and depressing to know these type of people are handling my hard earned money. I'm very disappointed in this Union and I cant wait to close my account. P.S. If I could give this 0 stars I would not even give that the 1 star is for the amazing young lady who helped me with my issue after hours of calling and stressing, just to see how much money is in my accounts

Set Sail Cruising1If I could give negative stars that would still be too much. This branch, and this "credit union" are a absolute nightmare! Banked with them for years only to be charged hidden fees and given the run around by 3! yes 3 "managers" no one could explain why money was being withdrawn from my accounts! what a complete scam. avoid at all costs, because otherwise it will cost you!

Josiah Bear1Lobby closed. Taking forever to service people. This is ridiculous. Open the lobby. There are 20 cars waiting in line. This bank is really slow.

Ruth Santiago1At this particular branch, the costumer service its horrible. No one smiles and they talk to you with an attitude like if you if are bothering them.I am in the process of closing my accounts with them.I rather go were I feel welcome and appreciated.

Sylvia Torres1HORRIBLE experience overall. They do not go by there mission of "people helping people" The person in the collections department Rick talks down to you, belittles you, talks over you, condescending, laughs at you. My car was stolen and they have made this process extremely difficult for me. I hope anyone in the future who has a car loan with FW does not have to experience such horrible service.
