  I was banking with Truist and can tell you that since the merger, it had been nothing but headaches and hidden fees. I had finally had enough and at the suggestion of a good friend, to Fairwinds. I walked into Fairwinds about 15 min before they were going to close (I didn't realize what time they closed) and I was greeted immediately. I explained my situation and they helped me open up new accounts with them. I was impressed by the customer service as they stayed after 4 in order to make sure I was set up, knew how the app worked, knew about each account and its details and had no further questions. They could have easily just said it was going to take too long and come back when the bank re-opens. Did they stay because they were getting new accounts? Maybe. But at the same token, they could have just opened them and sent me on my way without the individual attention to each and every detail. I work in customer service. I can tell you that this is an excellent example. Thank you!

  WORSE BANK EVER!!! My son is disabled, he has a TBI. He opened an account at Fairwinds for direct deposit. He was hacked twice!! The second time a fraudulent check was deposited into his account. He filed a police report & a fraud report with Fairwinds. Today he went to check on it & they closed his account without explanation & asked him to leave the bank...WTH!!!!!

  Ramon is the best! Very informative and explains everything I needed to know when opening an account. He has amazing programs for business as well. Highly recommend Fairwinds!

  I recently requested a raise on my credit limit and Heather Edwards from the Altamonte Branch was extremely helpful! She kept in regular contact and updated me on each step of the process along the way. She was very friendly and informative. Heather is a great example of the excellent service from Fairwinds!

  I was shocked about the terrible service this place had over the phone. I called and spoke with Lucy to get approved for a car loan 5 days ago. She took my information and said they will respond by email same day. I never heard anything from that branch afterwards. It's like they didn't care to respond at all. I'm guessing Lucy didn't do her job Properly or they just decided it's not important they need to respond to someone reached out to them and gave them their personal information meaning business... Unbelievable

  Went to drive through waited 15 minutes. There was one car in every lane and then me behind I waited 15 minutes playing on my phone. Finally I said I guess I'm going inside there was one person inside me can you believe I sat for 10 minutes and the line didn't move neither did the drive-thru there was four people behind the counter. I wouldn't recommend coming here find a different location bank somewhere else

  Not a member before first visit last week. I was greeted immediately upon entry to discover reason for my visit. Michael proceeded to take me to his office to discuss my needs of a vehicle loan further. The interest rates are very low which of course was great. Michael was very professional and knowledgeable. My final transaction did not take place on this day. Michael continued his professionalism and remained in constant phone/email communication until my transaction was complete. I would definitely recommend Fairwinds. My experience was exceptional!!! Especially think Fairwinds if you are looking to borrow ... their interest rates are beyond competitive.

  I went to this branch to take care of a matter ,that was not able to do over the phone at the call center. Iwas greated by Heather the manager. She was very patient and helpful. She looked at my account and took every measurements to correct the problem that has been going on for months. I wa very impressed with her knowledge and took care of the problem to my satisfaction..thanks for the help.Heather..
