  Thank you Jason! We refinanced to an incredible rate at a great price. Through the process Jason kept in touch constantly, always letting us know next steps, documents needed, explaining any delays to timeline and generally over-communicated with us so that we were prepared and ready for each step. Also- I want to mention that we did take advantage of the virtual closing option- SO NICE- to have the document review a few hours ahead of time and to not need to be in the office. Great Experience!
