  It's a 2 star because the cash did help. They wont waive a month with all of the people that are out of work even though my payments have all been on time. And don't try to do anything online. It ends up with call after call after call. What a joke.

  Felt very disrespected. Being 21 the lady didn’t believe she knew what I was talking about so I more of got quizzed on where my car was loaned thru who my phone carrier was as she’s looking at the screen seeing where my bills come from that may influence my credit. On top of that she hadto ask her boss if I was an ok candidate as I’m hearing her tone of voice like please don’t let me give this kid a loan. But look I’m grown I’m not ganna sit here and fret I have rent to pay and a car that needs to get fixed period

  Initially, was very helpful. However, when iy was discovered that they were in error and neglected to place account numbers on the issued checks they were unwilling to accept any responsibility and completely unable or unwilling to help resolve the issue. Was told I "just had to wait." Meanwhile, my intertest was continuing to accrue. Would NOT recommend to anyone.
