  We were told by Graywolf homes they would give us a list of approved Leander. But it was only them. We had to use them or lose out on a $5000 bonus and $2000 lender credit. They couldn’t match other lender’s rate and had us use part of the lender credit to buy down the rate. Sad!!! Customer service was poor and we constantly had to call to make sure our everything was good. Paperwork constantly needed update, something we never had to deal with before. We called to make sure a VA appraisal was ordered (other neighbors weren’t so lucky. Appraisal delayed their closing by over a month). I would have to constantly call to make sure everything was good. They never call back. It was the worst experience with a lender and builder.

  We worked with Dawn and she is amazing! We only had 45 days to move and lost all hope of being able to purchase. But she made it happen! She was always available to answer questions, never mislead us, and was looked out for our best interest always! She was incredible to work with. This woman and our agent made our dreams come true! We are so thankful to them.
