  I've been at Oak Park for about a year now and I'm not one to really leave a review unless it's an unforgettable experience and I must say, Mattamy Homes has provided that. From start to finish, Mattamy constantly updated us on our build and was there to answer any and all questions we had. I am thankful to be surrounded by family and friends (alongside myself) that is in the real estate and architecture industry, therefore we know what to look for in a home. Being said, everyone that we had with us doing the walk throughs and inspections along the way can agree that Mattamy Homes quality is top notch! We just had our 1 year review with them and they were quick and on time with the minor repairs. My project manager, Michael, and warranty manager, Charles, were both fantastic from start to finish! Couldn't have asked for a better team to work with. This is not my first new home build, however this has been the best! Lastly, what really sold my wife and I in buying in Oak Park were the wide streets, beautiful homes , sidewalks, cleanliness of the amenity spaces and the quality of the homes. After being here for a year, I can also add that the neighbors we have met have all been a pleasure as well.

  Beautiful homes with a good variety of floor plans. The community is nice and has a few extras. Donald in the office was so helpful and took time to talk us through all our questions.

  Only one model to show though even though the project seems to have multiple models under construction, but what they did have is really nice.

  My daughter and her significant other just purchased a home in Oak Park. We are absolutely thrilled with Mattamy and the outstanding services they have provided. Lyndsy and Michael in particular are both awesome. They took care of everything. We are so happy. The house is great!
