Woodforest is a great Bank with always wonderful service and always have no problem answering any questions you have. I've been banking with them for about 9 years. The workers at Fayetteville Rd Walmart Woodforest and the one at 40/42 Walmart Woodforest are the main two that I go to because they are wonderful and best quick service. Thanks Woodforest

This is the worst banks I’ve ever used in my life. If you want great customer service but A truly awful banking experience, go to Woodforest national Bank. I would not send my worst enemy to Woodforest. Again, Customer Service is exceptionally good but their banking strategies and Business model is among the worst I’ve ever experienced. Do yourself a favor and go to Wells Fargo or BB&T or even Bank of America but stay the hell away from Woodforest national Bank unless you want to be angry 90% of the time that you are doing your banking.
