  We couldn't have had a better experience working with Ashley McKenzie-Sharpe and her team (especially Jennifer!). We were first time home buyers, and Ashley and her team were there to guide us every step of the way. There were NO issues at all. Every step was completed timely and accurately, someone responded to our emails usually within minutes, and everyone we worked with was knowledgeable, friendly, and excited to help us get into our first home. I would wholeheartedly recommend Fairway Mortgage, Ashley, and her team to anyone looking to buy a home. Highly recommend - 10/10!

  We were very pleased with Fairway and the Sharpe team during our home buying process. The pandemic severely limited in person contact, but Ashley and her team of wonderful, professional people still made me feel supported. We appreciated the convenience of signing documents online. The team was good with communicating the items needed and were thorough with explanations if I needed it. I've already recommended them to friends!

  Ashley is the best, from our 1st meeting till the closing. she and her team were there for us. If we needed help and Ashley was helping someone else. Then Cara was there, when someone called or email wanting information Cara was there! and explain the who ,what ,where & why. They are the best team any first time buyer could ask for, from start to finish they've got your back. I would recommend Fairway Independent Mortgage to anyone in need!! (we LOVE our new home) And Ashley & Cara made our dream come true. WE Love y,all at Fairway.

  From start to finish, the process went smoothly. The communication was thorough, & we had plenty of notice for the request of documents/tasks needing completion from our end. This is not the first time we've used Ashley McKenzie. We chose her again b/c of the great experience we had w/ her when we made our first home purchase. She's quick to respond to our questions, & her expertise in her work is impressive. Her team is great also! They walked us through each step and updated us along the way!

  Ashley and her team were excellent. Cara really took the lead in handling most of the contact and helping us getting everything in order to close on our house. They were knowledgeable and professional, but friendly and available. We were thankful that they were referred to us and we did not have to look any further once we started working with Fairway.

  I am so thankful for the wonderful experience my family had with Fairway. Ashley, Cara, Amber and the rest of the team helped us through each of the steps of the home buying process. Buying a home is not easy, and sometimes it seems like there are so many no’s before there is a yes, especially when rebuilding credit .... I have much appreciation for Ashley who helped set us on the right track a year before we could even start looking at homes, and then worked patiently with us to find the right home and loan package.

  Ashley Mckenzie at Fairway mortgage is amazing! She helped making my dream of owning a home a reality. Ashley always got back to me very quickly about any questions I may of had.   Ashley and Jennifer provided amazing customer service. Ashley was able to get a prequal letter to us in record time, enabling our offer on our dream vacation home to be accepted. The entire process was easier than expected and Jennifer was a great communicator every step of the way. My only "regret" is that we are so happy with our new home we may never need them again! But if we do, we'll definitely be back.

  We really enjoyed our experience with Ashley and her team. They are VERY knowledgeable and helpful with any question you may have. My only minor issue was once the process started the communication fell off a bit, and we had to reach out multiple times to get an answer to our questions, which in the end pushed back our closing date. At the end of the day, we are pleased with the service, I just think they are a tad overworked with how busy the industry is and with all of the COVID delays.
