  I have been a member of Members Credit Union for many years now and have always received courteous, friendly and professional service. Staff is attentive to me and always direct me accordingly to resolve or receive council with any concerns I have. Kristi Shell, who is a teller at the Burkemill location where I frequent stands out above the rest in my opinion as she is always most helpful in any concerns that I bring to her & goes above and beyond in making sure I have all the information to meet my need.   When no one would lend me money for a car purchase, MEMCU helped me to do it. Aside from an minor incident with a teller a long time ago, my experience has been excellent. When you get spammed with bad reviews, just means there are jealous people out there that would like to have what you have, the customer's trust. It is earned not demanded. Keep up the good work MEMCU. Always strive to be the best, treat your customers with kindness and dignity even though some don't deserve it. EG

  Never had a bad experience here in all my years of being a member. Always friendly and smiling employees who’ve gone above and beyond to make sure I’m took care of. My whole family banks here! They’re amazing! 🙂
