  I have been a member 1985 and I have had a few issues that was taken care of. Overall they have been the best. I have cars fiance personal loans,second mortgage never had any problems that they did not take care of. The best have ever been associated with keep up the good work.

  This bank is is a rip off. They started an saving account for my husband cause his car was financed thru them. Then we traded the car and left the saving there without adding to it. And these people hit him with high fees just cause he wasn't adding to it and they never send a bank statement each month to let him know. I will never trust these people for any service in banking. Bad business

  Only giving 1 star so that I can actually write a review. We have been a member for at least 15 years possibly more and they used to be stellar and our favorite credit union. Not sure what has happened within the last few years, but I have never in my life had such horrible customer service. The only account we now use them for is our credit card, and didn't really want to change due to the longevity. However, after receiving no information on a disputed charge, I contacted them to get some feedback and information. After speaking to 3 individuals with the credit card department, none of them could confirm my account after giving my ss#, phone # member # address etc. I was instructed to call the main number and was then on the phone with a somewhat helpful associate that still didn't answer my questions. After 1 hour and 45 minutes on the phone, I was promised a call back the next business day which has yet to happen. I still have no answers and the dispute is still unanswered after a week. Happy to inform them that we have finally decided to move our services elsewhere and close all accounts here.. TERRIBLE customer service. I suggest more training for your support associates.

  Had a PACU savings about 13 years ago and decided to switch back to them. Super easy, friendly service, very helpful staff. Ian was such a huge help and walked me through every step.

  I would give this place a zero stars if possible. There are so much run around when you call them on the general hotline. I'm getting different information each time I speak to someone for ONE SIMPLE QUESTION. This credit union is by far, the worse. I would never do business here again. They used to be good and when I visit their branches in the coast... from Wilmington to Kenansville, I've got no problem. They lost lots of great tellers in the coast . Sadly, now I would never step foot one bit since they lost good people. Nothing too exciting about this credit union.

  Piedmont Advantage Credit Union has been an outstanding financial institution for me! Their staff is always on top of account information regarding your needs and all that is available to you as a member. When visiting their branches in person or online, the wait time is never long!!!! Always courteous and eager to make sure you as a member is satisfied! I have not ever encountered this much consistency with any other Bank or financial institution as PACU (Piedmont Advantage Credit Union)!!! Thanks to all the staff for such great services you have provided to me, my family & friends over the many years we have been members!!!!

  Never had a problem until recently contacting them for a payoff. I am one of their authorized dealers, and received two conflicting stories in a matter of 20 minutes about obtaining pay off info. Today at 1:00pm I was able to obtain a pay off with just the members acct. number or social security number, then at 2:00pm I was told that due to a policy change that information can only be obtained by the member. I asked when was this policy placed into affect, and Mike (call center supervisor) cant seem to remember. All I know is that if there is a policy in place where THE AUTHORIZED DEALER YOU PARTNER WITH CANT GET A PAYOFF WITH OUT THE CUSTOMER it needs to be done company wide because this can cause confusion and frustration. Not to mention the only one loosing here is the customer. We foster these kind of relationships to give the customer a smooth experience. Mike did nothing wrong BTW, just his job.

  PACU is a great institution. They are always willing to go that extra mile. I had issues 2 days straight and Laurie (hope I spelled her name right) was on point. She also is very knowledgeable and knows the proper channels to swiftly get your issues taken care of.

  Stay away from this credit union. Cause more problems then anything else. I have family who also bank here and they mistakenly placed their money into my account. Spent over 30 mins on the phone to let them know I would be traveling, and they still put a hold on my card. Never been able to get assistance when I need it. Customer service is terrible.
